Regional Professional Development Specialist
Location: Post Falls, Moscow, Lewiston, Twin Falls or Pocatello
The Regional Professional Development (PD) Specialist, under the direction of the Training Office Lead, helps support the goals of the IdahoSTARS project with delivery of early childhood professional development opportunities that are equitable, research-based, and demonstrate best-practices for child care providers serving children birth to 12 years old in Idaho. The Regional PD Specialist is responsible for delivering professional development opportunities, developing early childhood curriculum and technical assistance modules, and training staff and trainers on developed materials. This position is contingent upon the continuation of work and/or funding.

Quality Child Care Consultant
Location: Lewiston
The IdahoSTARS Quality Child Care Consultant increases the quality of child care in Idaho through coaching, mentoring, and training child care educators throughout the region. The Consultant partners with child care educators to create recommended interventions using evidence-based best practices derived from peer-reviewed research and national professional guidelines and assessment criteria. The Consultant evaluates implementation results and guides child care educators through reflective progress engagement and goal-focused outcome achievement. The Consultant also recruits and orients child care educators for participation with the IdahoSTARS Professional Development System (PDS), the Quality Rating & Improvement System (QRIS), and the Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP).

Communication & Outreach Specialist, Idaho School Readiness Project (Idaho AEYC)
Location: Boise
As the Communication and Outreach Specialist, you will play a key role in our organization and the School Readiness Project by developing and executing effective communication and outreach strategies that promote our mission, goals, and initiatives. You will work closely with the ISRP team to create and implement messaging that resonates with various stakeholders, including media, partners, donors, and the public. You will be responsible for creating content, managing campaigns, and measuring the impact of our outreach efforts.
