IdahoSTARS Technical Product Manager
Location: Moscow, Boise
The Technical Product Manager coordinates the planning, design, and development of software applications. This position is responsible for the success of a product or family of products. This position will work closely with cross-functional business leaders, peers and technology leadership to ensure systems are positioned for the growth of the university. This includes performing or supervising analysis, design, development, and testing, to ensure the deployment of reliable, secure, and scalable business-critical applications and platforms. The Technical Product Manager works in a collaborative environment with business and technology owners and fosters a culture of teamwork and support across the university and within the technology team.
This position is a blend of product and project leadership and will require partnering with cross functional teams to achieve high performance levels with application services and support the alignment of team activities with the university’s business needs.

IdahoSTARS Bilingual Childcare Specialist
Location: Caldwell
The IdahoSTARS Bilingual Specialist, under the direction of the Lead Consultant, supports and maintains ongoing contact with childcare providers with a focus on business practices, current rules governing childcare licensing and ICCP, professional development planning, and recruitment and support into Steps to Quality.
The Bilingual Specialist offers referrals to parents seeking child care and maintains confidentiality of all clients; assures accurate data is maintained in the IdahoSTARS RISE database, supports overall function of the regional office, and maintains the regional lending library.
The Bilingual Specialist works collaboratively with the IdahoSTARS statewide team, supports regional office functions, provides communication to families, child care programs and communities in assigned regions with exceptional customer support.

IdahoSTARS Childcare Resource Specialist
Location: Twin Falls
The Childcare Resource Specialist, under the direction of the Lead Consultant, supports and maintains ongoing contact with childcare providers with a focus on communicating current rules governing childcare licensing and for continued participation as an ICCP provider. They also maintain up to date provider information contributing to the Local Market Rate data. In addition, the Childcare Resource Specialist offers referrals to parents seeking childcare and maintains confidentiality of all clients, assures accurate data is maintained in the IdahoSTARS RISE database; supports overall function of the regional office, and maintains the regional lending library. Lastly, the Childcare Resource Specialist works collaboratively with the IdahoSTARS statewide team, supports regional office functions, and provides communication to families, childcare programs, and communities in assigned regions with exceptional customer support.
The key duties of the Childcare Resource Specialist, under the direction of the Lead Consultant, are to provide direct support to childcare professionals as well as provide regional program support to providers, parents, and community members for the IdahoSTARS project. They also provide services for the Idaho Center on Disabilities and Human Development.
