The Center on Disabilities and Human Development has developed a great resource for young families dealing with the stress of the pandemic, the Act Early Idaho COVID-19 Resiliency Toolkit. There are multiple resources for both parents and children on everything from child development to stress management.

The Act Early Idaho Resiliency Toolkit is a collection of resources to support Idaho Families that have young children, birth through five years of age, as they navigate increased stress and multiples challenges due to the COVID -19 Pandemic. The resources are organized into section that promote one of the 5 key protective factors intended to increase family strengths, support children's development, and reduce the likelihood of abuse neglect and trauma.
