Our survey focused on four main areas, this is what you thought-
RISE
The most used areas of RISE are tied to ICCP, licensing, training and our PDS system. 62% of you had mostly positive things to say about your RISE experience. 22% of you let us know about the challenges you’ve faced. Training, the dashboard, and scholarships and grants were the most talked about places you’d like to see RISE development.
IdahoSTARS Staff
Many of you (67%) have interacted with IdahoSTARS staff either over the phone, email or in person. Nearly 80% of you had positive things to say about those interactions, with 8% telling us about challenges that we’ll use for future ideas.
Communication & Outreach
Most of you (95%) receive communication from IdahoSTARS through email. When we asked you about your preferred method to receive information from us, nearly 70% preferred an email on a single subject, coming in second was a newsletter, followed by alerts on RISE, then text messages, paper mailings, phone calls and lastly social media. The information you most want to know is about training opportunities and education, followed by activities for children and health and safety information. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest were the most common forms of social media that you engage in.
Further Feedback
1008 (75%) of you indicated you’re interested in participating in further focus groups or surveys, members of our staff will be reaching out to you to let you know about specific opportunities. We’ll let everyone know about the changes we’ve made based on your feedback and you’ll get other chances to let us know what you think. Some of our focus groups have already started.

El 62% de ustedes expresaron cosas positivas acerca de su experiencia en RISE. 22% de ustedes expresaron dificultades que enfrentan con el sistema. Las áreas que les gustaría ver un mejor desarrollo en RISE son entrenamientos, pagina de inicio, y becas y subvenciones.
Empleados de IdahoSTARS
Muchos de ustedes, el 67%, han interactuado con emplead@s de IdahoSTARS ya sea por el teléfono, correo electrónico o en persona. Alrededor del 80% de ustedes tuvieron expresaron comentarios positivos acerca de sus interacciones, y 8% expreso dificultades que enfrentan y estaremos usando esos comentarios para mejoras en el futuro.
Comunicación y Divulgación
La mayoría de ustedes (95%) reciben comunicación mediante correo electrónico de IdahoSTARS. Cuando preguntamos acerca del método que prefiere para recibir comunicación de parte de nosotros, cerca del 70% prefiere correo electrónico en un solo tema, en segundo lugar, son los boletines informativos, seguido por las alertas en RISE, le sigue los mensajes de textos, correo en papel, llamadas telefónicas y finalmente redes sociales. La información mas deseada es acerca oportunidades de entrenamiento y educación, seguido por actividades para niñ@s e información de salud y seguridad. Las redes sociales con más participación son Facebook, Instagram, y Pinterest.
Realimentación futura
Alrededor 1,008 participantes (75%) indicaron que están interesados en participar en futuros grupos de apoyo o encuestas, miembros de nuestros empleados estarán contactándolos para dejarles saber sobre oportunidades futuras. Les dejaremos saber a todos acerca de cambios hechos basados en los comentarios recibidos en la encuesta, y tendrán la oportunidad de dejarnos saber que opinan de ellos. Algunos de nuestros grupos de apoyo ya han comenzado.
